RENAYE JOHNSON

Renaye Johnson has always had a love of art, both appreciating it and creating it. After many years of working in the Social Services field, she can now devote much of her time to painting, drawing, and photography. Renaye enjoys taking photographs of events, people, and beautiful scenes. She then has the opportunity of creating acrylic paintings from her photographs. She also enjoys figure drawing with graphite and charcoal.

Renaye has studied with Patsy Taylor in Walnut Creek. She attributes much of her artwork to time spent in these classes. She has also studied with Jody Mattison and Seema Mahboob who have influenced her work along with many of her classmates.
